7 Project Brief – Consumer Drivers Generate leads and add value for/to Ultraframe Guild Approved Installers Create/Generate an awareness of Ultraframe and the brand Create a perception of Ultraframe as the market leader Ensure consumer awareness that they can get conservatories from the website Become the industry standard/benchmark for conservatory knowledge and roofs Educate consumers on the basic technical make up of conservatories emphasising the true cornerstone to conservatory projects… the roof Educate consumers on the pragmatic benefits and multi-functional uses of a conservatory and value added benefits of ownership Encourage consumers to insist on Ultraframe roofing systems for their conservatories Brand the consumer website using the new brand guidelines

9 Project Brief – Success Criteria Consumer Number of submissions of the consumer contact form Number of visits to the installer directory by unique consumers Measurement of whether the site has contributed to the sale of new roofs Average time spent per visit for each unique visitor Average time visitors are spending on the site in total – Unique visitors Consumer feedback form for website prompting for quantitative and qualitative measurements Number of brochures downloaded by consumers Number of Guild Approved Installer searches by consumers Number of consumer enquires including a breakdown on the types of enquiries being submitted –By Region / Age Group etc. Measurements of referrals to and from site including measurements using tools and techniques such as ‘email a friend’
