9. Required Projects Each project that is required is discussed on the Project Descriptions page. The rubric for each project is also included on the Project Descriptions page. You should print out the rubric and turn it in with each project. Five points will be deducted from your grade if the rubric is missing. The link for the rubric is located next to the title of each project.

Interpreting the Calendar: Field Experiences Date of Field Experience Identifies type of FE The field experience could be an observation or teaching experience at Glen View, Ruston Elementary, Hillcrest, or Cypress Springs. It could also be virtual Fes completed electronically. FEs for Alt Certs in the Winter are virtual FEs.

13. Inclement Weather If classes are cancelled due to inclement weather, then be sure to check Moodle. I will include information about what you should do for that class, since we would not be able to meet face-to-face. It would be your responsibility to complete the activities that are posted for that week’s class session.

14. TaskStream The Project Descriptions page notes what should be submitted for TaskStream, and it is your responsibility to submit all required artifacts by the due date noted on the Calendar: You should also complete the field experiences form for EDCI 423 and EDCI 424/READ 524. One form per class. You DO NOT have to submit artifacts for weekly/chapter activities or article critiques (graduate students only). The due date for TaskStream is noted on the Calendar-this due date is usually within the last two weeks of the quarter.
