6 You begin by creating your part in a 3D cad or model program. Then you import the object into the Z Corp software in the position you want it. The machine will check to make sure you have enough supplies to complete the object being built. If not it is easy to add new materials. Next you hit print and watch as your part is being created. When its finished it vacuums all the left over plaster powder for reuse of your next parts. Next you move to the second chamber where you can blow off the extra powder attached to your part. The chamber is vacuumed so all the powder is removed immediately. Last you dip it in Zbond sealant and let it dry.
