4 What can parents do to help? Parents are urged to talk to their children about sexting and the consequences. Cell phone company's have set up parent controls to monitor their cell phone use.

5 Parents educate teens A new program has come out to help educate teens on sexting If teens know all the facts, and teens feel closer to there parents they are not going to sext as much.

6 so popular? 39% of kids have said they sent one 48 % said they received them. At the age we are it is considered flirting to sext.

7 Felony or kids being kids? The trick to determining sexting for a lawyer is if it is just a kid being a kid or a real felony? Adolescence is a time of engaging in risky behavior but with technology a click a way it makes it harder. Teens have to remember once they send the picture it turns out of there hands.
