4.  Engaging the students to be interested in the subject  Revise previously taught materiel to help move forward and avoid confusion - For example revising on vocabulary and grammar  Giving students independent tasks to work on - This allows the teacher to learn the weak areas and where more clarification may be needed

5.  I will try to introduce more interactive classes where discussion can take place to allow students get motivated and participate  Giving time and opportunities for students to practice and produce good materiel themselves  I would like to use different resources like newspapers, pictures, videos, stories and poems to teach while making the lesson more interesting  I will plan more tests, quizzes and dictation lessons for students to learn the concepts and for them to remember what they have learned

Challenges Students may resist to be interested Parents may not agree for revision and think of it as a waste of time Students may not understand the new teaching methods Solutions Motivating students to work hard by making the tasks fun at the same time I will have a meeting with the parents explaining the benefits of revision I will plan extra classes with the students who have trouble adapting
