2 Concept Main idea is to remove the printed paper playlist of the channel and replace it with software The software must be more efficient and easier to use than the paper playlist New work method must not increase the workload System should work in a manner that it will automatically make an archive of the original playlists and edited playlists

3 Programs hiearchy: Main display Main display should show the time table for all the channel of the broadcasting unit in a graphical form By click the channel user would be able to view more detailed view of the channel. User wouldn’t be able to make changes to the play lists in the main display Programs would act as air client so that changes would be visible in multiple tablets

5 Detailed view of the channel After clicking the channel icon user could access the detailed view In this view use could make changes to the playlist Edited playlist would be saved as a different file as the original for the archive The edit event should be clearly visible F.E. by color User could also make simple notes

7 Tools of the detailed view Add and edit events –tool Bring all the LIVE events for edition –tool Add note –tool Find ID –tool Add and alarm –tool Collect all the edited events and notes for an email –tool
