2 DAILY or after each lesson Make notes during class Spend a few minutes reading notes THAT night for homework Write down questions to check for understanding Highlight things that you think might be important Read a book – any book. This will help you to improve your vocabulary and spelling list Check for assignments due and put dates on your calendar chart WEEKLY REVISION SPIDER DIAGRAM OF WEEKS WORK AS A SUMMARY REVISION IS NEVER DONE THE NIGHT BEFORE. IT IS ONGOING REVISION STARTS ON DAY 1! Revision is NOT STARING AT YOUR NOTES! Read through each chart once a week! Make 5 questions to keep for revision tasks Answer the last weeks 5 questions Have your necessary materials all the time. You don't want to be unprepared Before a test or exam, you are just revising, not studying BECAUSE YOU HAVE DONE THE WORK THROUGH THE TERM Have a pen or Pencil in Your hand And draw diagrams On your pin board, tick off sections of work as you have finished revision – that always feels great! AT THE END OF EACH SECTION MAKE A REVISION CHART. LIST ALL THE KEY WORDS
