1. Screen Name: IFDD Screen Use: The IFDD screen is used to view the child’s trust account and will show all payments/disbursements on behalf of the child. IFDD Screen Description: Client Financial Ledger Scenario: As a support staff person you have been requested to find out the total funds used for a particular child.

3. Open a blank DHR screen, Type IFDD,case number,person letter,date and then press Enter. IFDD,DF89745,b,100106

This screen lists the date of the month you entered. You may enter a date further back to review checks that have been written in earlier months and years.

6. When you have completed viewing the IFDD screen, press the Pause Break key. A blank DHR screen will appear so that you can complete work for other screens. Click the ‘X’ to close and return to the Main Menu
