4 EXHIBITOR INFORMATION The main conference space at Cranmore Park is very sizeable and will contain all the day’s activities in one modern, open and comfortable environment All exhibitors will benefit from being located very close to the presentation stage and seating area, thus providing maximum exposure to delegates throughout the day. The VRA have negotiated the use of modern turnkey shell scheme units for use by all exhibitors. The standard exhibition space will be 4m length x 2m width x 2m height and can be extended as required at a very reasonable rate up to 6m in length. All exhibitor stands will have 1m by 2m height dividing panels on each side which will be dressed in the exhibitor’s own branding. Additional branding can be provided per panel - all artwork to be supplied by exhibitor Standard exhibitor package includes: 4m x 2m shell stand with branded bespoke dividing panels 2 x complimentary conference tickets Wireless internet access Refreshments and lunch Set up time from 6pm night before Total cost of standard package - £1,200 + VAT

5 EXHIBITION STANDS Exhibitors will be supplied with a standard shell scheme stand: 4 m length x 2m height x 1 m depth - with a further 1 m in front for poser tables or pods etc Side walls (panel 1 & 6) come complete with exhibitors graphics (exhibitor to supply the artwork) All back panels can be branded with exhibitors own graphics (artwork to be supplied at £60 p/panel Stands can be extended up to 6m in length
