5 3 Steps to Register* *new online registration 1.MSHSL brochure and emergency information (to be completed once per year) NEW THIS YEAR: Go to “Athletics/Activities” webpage to complete online (should take about 10 minutes) 2.Pay your athletics/activity fee online NEW THIS YEAR: Pay activity fee through Parent Portal (or by bringing in check/cash to the High School Office) 3.Up-to-date physical on file (they are good for three years) 1.Up-to-date physical on file 2.MSHSL eligibility form signed and returned 3.Activity fee paid
