37 RESEARCHER – collects information, organises surveys, looks at competitors to work out what people think of Pizza Hut Restaurants STRATEGIST – understands what the company wants people to think of them and considers how to communicate it DESIGNER – understand the brand and how it could look online. USER EXPERIENCE CONSULTANT – ensures the site is easy to use and the content/functionality is relevant. ‘User Experience’ refers to how the user moves around a website.
