Now as our team expands, we are searching for a talented new colleague for the role of Tasks: Accountable for strategic planning, organization, development, operational follow up of the performance and overall control of all Marketing activities related to Digital and Social Media for all brands on the market Building and maintaining relationships with brand fans on social media Research, analysis and reporting on social media trends and brand performance on social media Cooperation with local brand teams & MCE group digital roles Coordinate cooperation with media/production, advertising agencies and evaluation of agency deliveries Approval of daily, weekly, monthly content plans for social media Management of digital marketing campaigns according business needs and defined goals/KPI’s including analysis and reporting of executed campaigns Digital project management (brand website, corporate website, application, viral video, mobile platform, digital services) Management of websites and approval of website content in cooperation with brand teams Managing and monitoring of social media programs across social channels and coordination of social media activities within organization (Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn…) focusing on achievement of defined KPI’s Monitor and implement new ideas for digital platforms and social media projects using most effective methods Expectations: At least 3 years experience in digital & social media with full understanding of digital technology aspect A proactive person with high level of knowledge in digital and social media marketing Exceptional communication and organizational skills Knowledge of digital advertising basics and usage of advertising tools Facebook ads manager, Google AdWords Deep understanding and experience of Digital/Social Media content development Experience with social media site analytics tools and ability to pull and evaluate data from online measurement platforms (including but not limited to Facebook Insights, YouTube Insights, Google Analytics) Working knowledge of SEO and integration with social media strategy Well organized and capable of managing competing priorities effectively Place of work: Budapest The ideal candidate: Has gained relevant professional experience in FMCG Our offer: A chance to join a multinational company in dynamic growth Professional working environment with exciting challenges and growth opportunities Development and career opportunities Join us now and be part of the adventure!
