4 How do I add up all of my cells? Your teacher will now get you to look at using the Autosum function in spreadsheet. You will need to open your previous work and add the following words to the end of it: Average Max Min Total

5 Quick and easy way Highlight the price column, in the top right corner of your screen, you should see the AutoSum button. Click it!

6 Quick and easy way You can now see that you have worked out the total. In order to do this for the others, you will need to click into the cell first.

7 Working out the average: Click into the average cell and use the drop down menu for average. It will give you the wrong cell’s. Highlight the correct cells and press enter.

10 Task 1: - Quiz Time Task 1: - Try and create your own quiz for your friends. They should ask an IF statement and then check the answer using equals.

11 Task 2: - Worksheet Your teacher will now walk you through how to complete an IF formula using your spreadsheet. You should make sure that you use this document and build it yourself. All of the instructions have been made clear which also means that you should be able to complete this on your own!
