5 We Day November 3, 2015 Free event - You can't buy a ticket, you can only earn it! Tell Mrs. Phillips you are interested if you haven’t already – the sign up “interest” link or email Mrs. Phillips Limited tickets; these are the things that will be looked at: 1. What contribution did you make to service last year – through our service clubs (or the one at your middle school for freshman). For 10th-12th graders, I have this information already. For freshman, email me your involvement from last year 2. What is your commitment to service this year? The number of BHS offered opportunities that you do the first seven weeks of school (through October 22) will influence the decision. In order to receive a ticket you need to show you dedication to youth service and the club! I cannot say a set number, as there are so many students and a limited number of tickets — but the more you do the better chance you’ll have! 3. Will you commit to the We Day Task Force Team? How to be part of the We Day Task Force Team? Come to the leadership meetings on Monday after school in the IMC. It will be 2:30 until 4:00. Email Mrs. Phillips with interest if you haven’t signed up already. Note – it is a combination of the above criteria. Interested students will be given point/credit in each area. They will then be ranked and the top 36 will receive tickets and the next in line will go on the wait list.
