3 Report Uses  Replaces RIP/Non-RIP invoice notifications (by 12/31/2011)  Track payments and resolve issues  Aid in budget reconciliation  Assure appropriate use of resources  Manage compliance issues High risk transactions

4 About the Reports  Draws data from the PAS Data Warehouse & JP Morgan Chase  PAS: updated daily, as current as prior day  PaymentNet: updated monthly, after ProCard payment is made

5 About the Reports  Relies on ‘Open Access Policy’ Anyone with an individual NetID can gain access Shared NetIDs will not work  Conforms to Records Retention Guidelines No need to print duplicate copies of invoices  Exception: Manual invoices ProCard reports do not replace required documentation

6 About the Reports  Organization codes are needed to run reports  Drill through capabilities exist to see granular details  Printing & extracting are possible  Subscriptions manage report delivery

8 Folder contents Report Name: Click hyperlink to build a report Description: Explains what the report will provide Subscriptions: Manage report delivery

9 Prepare & View a Report All reports are run by Organization Code All fields must be filled in Major area, Department and Date Range define the amount of data provided Click “View Report” to see details

10 Report characteristics Navigate to reports homepage, or folder using the “Breadcrumbs” Export or Print (Optional) Navigate to other pages

11 Report characteristics Links provide additional details, or open email program A “+” sign indicates the section is expandable Executive summary explains what report provides

12 Report characteristics Displays the date the data was last updated in the Data Warehouse The report will always show which Sub-Organizations, or other details, were included

13 Subscriptions (using IE) Drop down box appears when working in Internet Explorer only

14 Subscriptions (using IE) Subscription for this report Remove the checkmark

15 Browser compatibility  Use the following browsers Internet Explorer (IE) Mozilla Firefox IMPORTANT! Google Chrome will not work!
