1 INTRODUCTION TO NEUROFORM ATLAS
Caution: Investigational device. Limited by Federal (United States) law to investigational use.

2 FDA -- Indications For Use
The Neuroform Atlas Stent System is indicated for use with bare metal embolic coils for the treatment of wide-neck intracranial, saccular aneurysms arising from a parent vessel with a diameter of greater than or equal to 2mm and less than or equal to 4.5mm. Wide-neck aneurysms are defined as having a neck greater or equal to 4mm or a dome-to-neck ratio of less than 2.

3 Top Performance Criteria
Designed for all sizes of the stent to be delivered through in (e.g. SL-10) or 0.017in (e.g. XT- 17) microcatheter Design is optimized for conformability Designed for superior deployment ease & accuracy Designed for feature improved coil scaffolding

4 Key Geometry Attributes
Distal Proximal Open cell distal end designed to aid in stent conformability and track 8 cell structural elements designed to provide support and anchoring 12 cell structural elements designed to provide flexibility, improve scaffolding, and prevent ‘gapping’ on a bend Closed cell proximal end designed to aid in stent stability during lumen recross. Neuroform Atlas Neuroform® All photographs taken by Stryker Neurovascular. All illustrations provided by Stryker Neurovascular.

5 Microcatheter Compatibility
All Neuroform Atlas Stent sizes fit through a small microcatheter (0.0165in or 0.017in) From this: 0.027in ID To this: in ID All photographs taken by Stryker Neurovascular.

6 Unique Cell Architecture
Atlas cells are designed to have an improved coil scaffold while retaining microcatheter recrossability. “Nano” Sized Re-crossable All photographs taken by Stryker Neurovascular.
