1 Welcome to the Upline Support LEADERSHIP TEAM CHALLENGE The Framework for Success Introduction and Overview will begin on the hour. Sharp! Get Prepared! You’re life is about to change. To maximize your time, you’ll need all of the following: A Quiet Place (Close the Door and Open your Mind!) A Note Pad and Pen. (For Notes, Questions, and Inspiration!) The Belief, Commitment, and Determination to Succeed!

2 INTRODUCTION AND OVERVIEW The Framework for Success Not Going for Gold? That’s okay. This system works no matter what your objective might be – personal or business. It could also be called the Goals Training and Support Team. No matter where you are, this system can help you get where you want to be! If your goal is bigger than what can be accomplished in six-weeks, just break it down in to six-week segments and join or form another team every six-weeks. Why not get serious about your goals and actually achieve them? You’ll be glad did!

3 ADMISSION CRITERIA One Business Center Activated and Qualified BDS e-Apprentice Online Training completed including all assignments in the Business Lab (Dream Builder, Contact List, Goal Worksheet & Weight Your Challenges) Understand and clearly explain USANA’s Binary Compensation Plan and Matching Bonus Be able to give the Health and Freedom Presentation Recommendation and support of Sponsor/Mentor or other GTS Team participant Regular participation in Upline Supports Online Presentations and Training Be a Professional Network Marketer! The Framework for Success

7 VISION AND INTENTION DRIVEN Goals and Objectives should be: Desirable and Believable SHARP – CLEAR – SPECIFIC TARGETED to a Certain Point in Time Worth Doing Whatever Must be Done Necessary Steps “Am I Willing to take the Necessary Steps and DO Whatever It Takes to be a Gold Director?” The Framework for Success

8 WILLINGNESS IS THE KEY You must be WILLING to do WHATEVER IT TAKES. -------------------------------- The Framework for Success ANYTHING you are NOT WILLING to do WILL BE Your Obstacle to Success.

9 WILLINGNESS IS THE KEY Do a WILLINGNESS Action Exercise: 1.Make a list of EVERYTHING you think you must do to reach each of your Goals. 2.BE THOROUGH: Clear, Specific, Detailed – Everything! (10 or more!) 3. For Each Item on your list ask YOURSELF: The Willingness Question “AM I WILLING TO DO THAT?” The Framework for Success

(Missed Sessions Effect YOUR Integrity Score – as well as the Teams!) NO BENCH WARMERS! You’re The BOSS Take ACTION and Accept Responsibility for Yourself ! The Framework for Success

12 TEAM MEMBER RESPONSIBILITY Set no more than 3 Goals Important to YOU (“Based on the time I have to commit and the support my team is willing to give, what do I expect and intend to accomplish in the next six-weeks?”) Goals can be both Business and Personal (SMART GOALS: Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time Specific.) List PROJECTS that need to be completed over the 6-Week Period to reach your Goals. Training Ideas and Willingness to Present The Framework for Success

15 THE WEEKLY GTS TEAM SESSION TIME & Place set by Mutual Consent (2 Hrs.) (Total of 7 Weekly GTS Team Sessions) REPORT Actual Progress and Results (From your Weekly To-Do, Planner & Results Worksheet) RECORD Results: Yours and Teammates (On your GTS Team Statistics Worksheet) Complete a New Weekly To-Do, Planner & Results Worksheet and SHARE goals with TEAM Participate in / Present Weekly Training The Framework for Success

18 GTS TEAM SESSION 1 FORMAT Form Teams – Select Captains – Name Teams Review Team Member Responsibilities Review Worksheets: Purpose & Completion Complete GTS Goal Worksheet: Share Your Goals and Projects with the Team, sign and date. Complete Week 1: To-Do, Planner & Results Worksheet – Brainstorm and Support each other. Select Topics and Discussion Leaders for each Weekly Training Presentations. The Framework for Success

19 GTS TEAM SESSIONS 2-7 FORMAT Every GTS Session (2 Hrs.) follows this format: Welcome and Overview PART 1: Team Member Reports Using Worksheets, each member reports results of prior week and plans for upcoming week. Everyone records results on their copy of the GTS Statistics Worksheet. 10 Min open discussion allotted to each member: On target? Why -- Why not? Offer ideas, support and encouragement. PART 2: Weekly Training Presentation Assigned member leads discussion followed by open sharing of business building ideas and experiences. Closing Challenge and Encouragement. The Framework for Success

20 IMPORTANT NOTICE Should a life threatening event cause you to miss any meeting you must notify your Team Captain and submit your weekly statistics in advance of your absence. Failure to do so reduces your Integrity Score for the week to 0% and adversely effects the teams statistics. Each team members commitment and laser-focus is ESSENTIAL to our individual and mutual success. “REMEMBER TO ALWAYS KEEP YOUR WORD and ALWAYS DO YOUR BEST! ALWAYS!” The Framework for Success

21 GTS TEAM SUMMARY The GTS System is simple, easy to learn, and can be quickly implemented and duplicated in your organization. Once activated, the system is simply repeated every six weeks until the goal of becoming a Gold Director is achieved. Effective duplication of this process in your organization will assure your advancement to Ruby, Emerald, and Diamond pin levels. “THE CHOICES YOU MAKE TODAY WILL DETERMINE HOW YOU LIVE TOMORROW!” The Framework for Success
