4. Ruth Mercer Elementary Title I Educators Rhonda Reedy and Shelly Paxson Kindergarten 23 Students were served in Title I By the end of Kindergarten 87% of the students were reading Proficient or Advanced as scored by the DRA2 Reading Assessment.

5. 1 st Grade Reading Grade Level Expectations Fall DRA2 Score of Level 3 or above Spring DRA2 Score of 16 or above

6. Ruth Mercer Elementary Title I Educators Rhonda Reedy and Shelly Paxson 1 st Grade 36 Students were served in Title I 22 Students were served in Reading Recovery By the end of First Grade 49% of the students were reading Proficient or Advanced as scored by the DRA2 Reading Assessment.

7. 2ndGrade Reading Grade Level Expectations Fall DRA2 Score of Level 16 or above Spring DRA2 Score of 24 or above
