10. Piece by piece the rose hips are cut open in order to separate flesh and seeds.

11. The tiny hairs inside the rose hip could generate a strong itchiness. In order to prevent this, children wear latex- gloves.

12. The dried flesh of the rose hip are smached and put into boiling water. After ten minutes of infusion the liquid is passed through a sieve. The infusion is transferred into cups.

13. The infusion with plenty of vitamines may be sweetened with honey or natural sugar.
