1 Mrs. McMahon’s 4th Grade Class Welcome Students!

2 Welcome to 4th Grade!  This is an important year for you!  I will give you an introduction to 4 th grade and to our classroom.  If you have any questions during my presentation, please raise your hand and wait to be called on.

3 About Me  My Background  I grew up in Rhode Island.  I have lived and taught school in Rhode Island, Massachusetts, Hawaii, Oregon and Washington  My Experience  I’ve been teaching for MANY years.  I have taught 2 nd, 3 rd, 4 th, 5 th, 6 th grade, and have been a computer specialist, too.  4 th grade is the BEST!

5 Goals  To give you the academic tools you need to progress to 5th grade and pass the MSP.  To have fun while we learn.  To make new friends and discover new interests.

6 ATTENDANCE  Please be on time for school  7:50 AM  School ends at  2:15 PM
