You can also filter by Date Range. Click on Search Button or Clear criteria when finished. *Note- looking up by email address will render all emails ever sent to that guests email address. Looking up by confirmation number will only display emails related to that confirmation number. You can also filter by type sent with the check-boxes. It does not reflect any changes made in the PMS. To re-send the EXACT same email to the guest again, select the Send/Resend radio button. Then verify the email address to send to, select “YES”, and initiate delivery. *Note-emails will be sent within about a minute from the time you select the Initiate Delivery Button. It is recommended when using this function to select the “Copy Me” button so you may also receive a copy of the email being re-sent.

You will still select the box to Initiate Delivery and Initiate Delivery at the top. *Note- Using this option will send the most recent information from the PMS system. You would use the “regenerate” option when items on the reservation have changed such as the spelling of the guest name or the room type. See “Additional Notes” for the automatic resend triggers

You can re-send this email to an alternate recipient by clicking on the Options icon. Typically an email will bounce for multiple reasons: The mailbox is full, the security settings are too high and consider the email spam, or the email address is spelled incorrectly. If an email is Pink, you can attempt to gain an alternate email address if you wish to send through the portal. Otherwise you can make the correction in your PMS which will trigger a new confirmation to go out. If the email address turns Green, that means delivery was successful after several bounce attempts. No further action is needed.

YOU DO NOT HAVE TO MARK A YES IN YOUR PMS IN ORDER FOR DA TO SEND A CONFIRMATION EMAIL.
