Performance Goal #2B O By June 2013, the English language proficiency level of English learners who have received language instruction fewer than 5 years will increase from 33.8% to 35%,as measured by the CELDT. O By June 2013, the English language proficiency level of English learners in language instruction for 5 or more years will increase from 32.3% to 45.1%, as measured by the CELDT.

O By June 2013, the percentage of English learners attaining proficiency in mathematics will increase from 53.5% to 65.2%, as measured by the CST, CMA, CAPA and or CAHSEE.
