3. Your Dashboard Most recently modified work and items submitted for review

4. Create your portfolio Click on New Document

5. Click on Choose a Folder Choose Official APSU Portfolios

6. Click on Choose a Template Choose Milestone I Portfolio Fall ‘08

7. Title your portfolio “First name” “Last Name’s” Milestone I Portfolio Fall ’08. Save as new document.

8. Now you are in your portfolio!

11. Parts of the Portfolio Some pages are just for your information, some require your input. The pages that require your input are: – Autobiographical Information – Philosophy of Professional Education – Standard One: Professional Growth and Development – Application for Milestone I Review

12. Open the Autobiographical Information page Click on the link to open the form

13. Complete all sections of the form

14. Submit the form

15. The Philosophy of Professional Education will be completed as part of your 2100 coursework

16. Parts of the Portfolio Sections – each page is made up of sections you can edit. When you click on the pencil icon you can edit that section. It is always better to paste your information in the editing box rather than attaching a file

17. Click on Edit to add your Philosophy

18. When you have completed your philosophy and it has been evaluated by your instructor, you may copy and paste it here.

19. Always click Save and Finish when you are finished editing a section

20. On the Standard One page, you will edit two sections – Artifacts and Supporting Explanation.

21. Place your reflections from your observations and your Word of the Day paper in this section.

22. Answer these five questions to describe how these activities helped you meet Standard One.

23. Finally, click on the link for the Application for Milestone I Review form when your portfolio is complete
