3 MTP Adopts New Vision & Mission Statements in 2011 Vision: To be the leading advocate, facilitator, promoter and visionary for regional, integrated, multi- modal transit in south central Pennsylvania Mission: The Modern Transit Partnership’s mission is to support and promote affordable and sustainable integrated, multi-modal public transportation solutions that encourage regional economic development, improve quality of life and increase connections among the communities of south central Pennsylvania.
