The ability has been upgraded, added to dO and tested (with a warning). Support ticket placed from Monica V to address reporting which compares dO vs. mobile app. Service window in the job is compared with actual activity time. ETA is used in Mobile app but, report based on service window – we ask for a reason code based on the ETA but doesn’t count against driver if in window in the job. Arrive time (not closed time) is used for measurement, so make certain that you make with window wide enough to assure on-time. Send labels with the pickup driver if the customer isn’t using the label process. Call and confirm the order is ready for pickup
