1 Web-Based T-Pax Supplemental Submitting a Supplemental Travel Settlement

2 REMEMBER DO NOT A Supplemental Travel Claim should be submitted as if it were an ORIGINAL claim. Include all items such as reimbursable expenses, itinerary, etc. DO NOT delete items that are valid expenses. Doing so will create an overpayment and may effect your pay.

3 Getting Started To submit at Supplemental: –Log in to Web T-Pax using your CAC –Your Inbox should show Create New –Click the Create New Menu Option

4 Select Settlement From the drop-down menu Settlement –Click on Settlement

5 Select TONO Order NumberClick on the desired Order Number

6 Address Continue…Ensure your address is correct, then click the Continue… button.

7 Previous Submissions This screen shows the previous submissions to this TONO. Continue…Click the Continue… button.

8 Edit Trip Itinerary To modify any information the settlement must be edited. EditClick the Edit link

9 Transportation If the method of transportation has changed, make the necessary adjustments. Continue…Once correct, click the Continue… button

10 Duration of Travel If the duration of travel has changed, click the drop-down and change to indicate the appropriate duration. Continue…Once correct, click the Continue… button.

11 Trip Itinerary Add/Edit ItineraryIf there are changes to the actual itinerary, click the Add/Edit Itinerary button. Continue…Otherwise, click the Continue… button

12 Reimbursable Items Add/Edit Trip ExpenseTo edit or add a reimbursable expense, click the Add/Edit Trip Expense button.

13 Edit or Add Expense EditIf a change is required to a reimbursable expense, click the appropriate Edit buttons. DeleteOnly if an expense was claimed and should not have, click the appropriate Delete button. Add ExpenseIf an expense needs to be added, click the Add Expense button.

14 Add New Expense Enter information as if it were an original submission. ExpenseIf the Edit button had been clicked the Expense information would appear at the top of the screen. Accept ExpenseClick the Accept Expense button.

15 Expense Added The new expense can now be seen. Accept ChangesClick the Accept Changes button.

16 Edits Complete Continue…Now that the new expense has been added, click the Continue… button.

17 Save the Changes Save this trip…To save the changes, click the Save this trip… button

18 Daily Exceptions OKRead this information bubble regarding daily expenses, then click the OK button.

19 View Computations Continue to view computationsSince the Computations have changed, click the Continue to view computations button.

20 Amount Due Now, the increase is shown in the Reimbursables, Total Entitlement block as well as the amount Due Employee block.

21 Modify Accounting Modify AccountingTo balance the accounting information, click the Modify Accounting button.

22 Accounting Line Accept ChangesThe accounting line now shows the added amount for this supplemental. Click the Accept Changes button.

23 Accounting Accepted Continue…With the new amount shown, click the Continue… button

24 Remarks Anytime a supplemental is submitted it is a good idea to add a remark to explain the submission. Continue…When done, click the Continue… button

25 Save all Changes SaveNow all changes can be made. Click the Save button.

26 Certify Expenses Once again, all expenses requiring a receipt must be certified. CertifyCheck the boxes, then click the Certify button.

27 Inbox right arrowTo verify the amount to be processed, click the right arrow button. $30.00You can see the $30.00 payment.

28 Release to AO boxCheck the box to select the new Settlement. Release to AOThen click the Release to AO button.

29 Select AO nameYour default AO should appear. Click the name in the box. Secondary PasswordEnter your Secondary Password. Then click the OK button.

30 Awaiting AO This supplemental settlement is now ready for the AO to take action.
