8. New Responsibilities School Based Chairs Teachers are to direct CECAS questions to their chair. If the chair is unable to solve the problem, the chair will contact either Jane or DeLee. No questions should come from individual teachers.

9. Computer problems  If you experience problems with your computer, please fill out a tech help at the school you are assigned to. Do not contact Kevin directly. Tech’s now have the responsibility of EC machines.

10. CIPP  Disproportionality- Inappropriate identification  Class size sheet  Bus time arrival and depart  Complete on Sept. 22 and turn in by Sept. 26- Due to DPI on Sept. 30  Class size waivers- anyone?- Not case load  DPI audit- October 29- Teacher Team will be chosen to participate with auditors as well as members of SSST

11. New SSST forms  Items in BOLD and different font are the required components for EC referral. If forms are not completely filled out, return to SSST chair for completion.  REMEMBER: Use the sheet given out in February for the necessary requirements to qualify for the need of special education.

12. Testing Modification Sheets  New sheets- Please fill out one for each month. This is how Judy requests tests for the system.  REMEMBER- if a students does not receive the modifications ALL YEAR long, including alternate assessments and any tests taken, they can not have them for EOG testing.

13. IEP’s  Minutes will be taken for ALL meetings  Form is on the website  Make sure that you indicate all needed info on current DEC 4 until the new one is posted. Check training manual  CECAS will be down- Sept. 12-15.  CLOSE/VERIFY EVERYTHING OR IT WILL BE GONE!!!!!!!!!!! Will have to redo!
