15 Acute Care Peds Parking in the furthest garage area from the hospital Be ready to go at 0700 on the 7 th floor Assignments will be posted behind nurses station I&O is charted for every child Vital signs ever 4 Chart in Celcius If febrile, 37.9 or above, notify me IMMEDIATELY Apical pulse please BP on all children at 0800.
