3 Bermuda Believers Do you believe in the Bermuda Triangle? Some scientists have found out some truly convincing facts, that have changed the minds of many people. The ‘legend’ of Bermuda Triangle was born after the mysterious trip that took place on December 5 th, 1945. It was an expedition, that had been launched from Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Soon after they left, the wreckage or people were never to be seen again! There are also some unusual features of the place. 1.Its home to most of the deepest trenches in world. 2.Strong currents normally occur over the reefs of its continental shelves. 3.Weather- Hurricanes are known to happen there often. Also, there is a Gulf Stream. The Gulf Stream is a 40-50 mile wide ‘river’ within the ocean, that can create weather patterns, which cause unpredictably high waves! Pretty convincing, huh?

11 Where Did He Go? Where did Mitt Romney go after the election? We will bring to you the entire story about where he is and what he’s doing. After the election, Mitt Romney went back to live with his family in their California home. A couple years later, he joined the Board of Directors at Marriott International. Marriot International is a lodging company in Bethesda, Md. Mitt Romney has always been connected to the Marriot dynasty. The owner, John Willard Marriott, is very close friends with Mitt Romney’s dad, George W. Romney. Romney has joined and left the company a few times. Mitt Romney had, earlier, worked on the board of Marriott International from 1993 until 2002, when he left to build a successful run for Massachusetts governor. He rejoined the company, after an unsuccessful presidential campaign in 2008, again serving on the board from January 2009 to January 2011, when he stepped down in order to make second White House campaign. As you can see, Mitt Romney hasn’t done much after he lost the election, but who knows what he’ll do next (especially considering the amount of times he’s run for president).

12 Kaitin’s Advice Column I bet either one or another time, everyone has fallen behind in school, or learning. The typical source of that problem is the method you use to take notes. Think of it this way: when your teacher tells you to take notes on what she says, do furiously try to copy down every word she says? That’s what horrible note-taking is (no offense). Now, there really isn’t a proper way to take notes, but, in my opinion, this is how it should go: 1.Prepare yourself with notebook paper and a pencil. 2.Listen to a couple of sentences of the info your teacher says. 3.Raise your hand, and ask your teacher to pause in her lecture, so you can write some stuff down (Don’t be afraid to ask! Trust me, I think lots of kids could use the time) 4.Write down as much as you can remember of what the teacher said. This helps, because it shows you thoroughly understand the subject. 5.Repeat the process. This is a method that I think will really help you guys, and I hope it does. If you know how to write them, you know how to make them
