(mp3 or mp4 format) Vodcasts are the video version of the podcast Podcasts and Vodcasts can be delivered by streaming or by download.  Downloading allow access when a wireless connection is not possible Podcasts differ from other mp3 files by virtue of their ability to be syndicated. Syndication is RSS (Real Simple Syndication) .
