3. Purpose of Tower Eng. Team  Provide technical assistance to PMT during design and construction of telecom towers.  Coordinate project activities with contractors, engineers, CSD, Loss Prevention and Inspection Departments.  Prepare detailed scope of work including detailed estimation for manpower and material required for construction.  Review and approve engineering design for new towers.  Review tower related sections of projects DBSP and specifications documents.

4. Purpose of Tower Eng. Team a. Propose and implement structural upgrades of sub- standard towers. b. Perform structural analysis of existing towers to examine the addition of new antennas and recommend strengthening of towers, where required. c. Review tower related Saudi Aramco Standards and recommend changes and revisions d. Study and approve new antenna installation on existing towers. e. Perform MCI of new towers and reinforcing of exiting towers.. f. Perform Paint Inspections for Comms. Operations Dept. as part of a preventive maintenance program.
