6 Homeostatic Feedback Negative Feedback: a variation outside normal limits triggers an automatic response that corrects the situation ie: body temperature, hormone regulation, blood pressure Positive Feedback: the initial stimulus produces a response that reinforces that stimulus ie: clotting, birth contractions, lactation
