2 Methodology: Michael Roth - Be aware of the fact that students see things differently. - Repetition is the key to sucessful outcomes.

3  Children learn in different ways. Teachers must differentiate activities and create a variety methodologies in order to cater for the needs of all children in the classroom. For example, small group work, individual, whole-class.

4  We used a variety of approaches to teach light and sustainability: Visual- using pictures Narration- using story to teach scientific concepts which they can use in their daily lives. Music Experiment Play- Learning through play.

5  Narration and Music: to stimulate the children and make it enjoyable and relevant for them. This method aids the children in memorising the concepts.  Experiments- in order to engage the children in active learning and providing them with hands-on experience.  Play: children learn better through play as they have an innate curiousity.

6  Opportunities for integration: -Drama as a process and learning through play -Oral language development -Music -Art -History -Geography
