2. Company’s supply chain
Supply chain refers to the network of all the persons, organizations, resources, activities and technologies that are involved in the creation and sale of a product from the time that materials are delivered to when the final product is sold.
In the car wash industry where I work, the supply chain is made up of a number of people from those who provide the company with water and the providers of the machines involved in the business.
In the industry where I work, the supply chain is made up of the water providers, power suppliers, the labor in the industry and the providers of the machines that are used in the industry. These are all important in the activities that the company engages in as an absence of one will make business to halt in the industry or even cause delays in the services provided.

3. Management process in the company
There are several processes that take place in the car washing business including management in the business
As such, this process can be easily analyzed using SWOT analysis as well as the PESTEL analysis of the company.
These approaches will lead to identifying what really goes on in the business that will then lead to better management.
There are many internal processes that go on in the car wash business and one of the processes is that of management. Management is the core of any business and how it is carried determines the success or the failure of the business. As such, management activities need to be analyzed in details to make sure that all within the company is successful. Management analysis can be successfully be done by carrying out SWOT analysis of the company. carrying a PESTEL analysis will also help in analyzing management in the company.

5. Metric to measure the process
Creating a test plan is one of the metric measure that can be used to test the performance of the management process
It can be applied in detecting any problems in the company, reducing reworks and verifying the functionality of the management practice.
It is always important to test the progress of company management. Having a test plan that is organized into different phases is one of the important metrics that can be used to test the performance and the progress of the process in this company.
