6 CHANGES IN CUISINE Immigration New immigrants from throughout the world bring their traditions to our culture. Mobility Traveling and moving occurs more throughout the world than before. People take their cultures with them when they move. Technology Food is easily transported throughout the world so it is more available to all throughout the year. Media Exposure to food through various media forms.
