4 This slide show is a series of 5 meditations based on ‘Fun with the Lights off’ – a Monkey Mindfulness meditation product. Each meditation lasts 5 minutes. The show will provide a tone at 5 minutes then it will advance automatically to the next slide. To start the show, click here!

5 Wait!!! I forgot to tell you how to meditate Meditation is simple. It is the practice of holding your attention on an intention. An intention is what you decide to focus on. In this case, each slide offers you a different intention for you to focus on and they take the form of simple instructions. Follow the instructions, relax and enjoy your experience – whatever it is! Relax, enjoy yourself, and gently refocus your awareness if you get distracted. Just like this….

9 Breathe as slowly, deeply and quietly as you can. Notice nothing else except the sensations of your breathing.

11 With your eyes closed, just allow your experience to happen. Find out what the present moment can teach you about yourself. Be kind, curious and courageous.

13 Close your eyes and imagine completely dissolving into the space you’re in.

15 Close your eyes and imagine expanding in all directions for ever.

16 meditation 5 Fun with the lights off

17 Close your eyes and focus on bringing all your awareness to the very centre of you.
