In our organization this would cost approximately $2880 for the first year.  Total cost to run the system for 3 years assuming no growth in the number of employees: $11,520.  Costs to design and maintain our own CRM would be considerably more expensive and time consuming.  Potential customers would be lost while we are inventing ways to win them.  Let’s not re-invent the wheel!
