9 How To Set GOALS Goals need to be SMART Goals need to be SMART –S is for Specific ●(what, by when) –M is for Measurable ●(can’t say better, good, more) –A is for Achievable ●(win the lottery – you don’t control it) –R is for Realistic ●(I’ll be a millionaire next week –bad timing) –T is for Timely ●(when will you achieve the GOAL)  Within the next 3months – Short Term GOAL  Within the next 12 months – Medium Term GOAL  Farther than 1 year away – Long Term GOAL
