Objective 2.3: Be the catalyst and driving force for collaboration and cooperation on sustainability issues. Objective 3.2: Program for infrastructure replacement at the end of design life. Objective 3.3: Upgrade and repair wastewater treatment plant by June 2011 to meet future nutrient reduction regulatory requirements.
