A cooperation project, aimed at supporting the development, transfer and implementation of innovative practices or initiatives, promoting cooperation, peer learning and sharing of experience.

4 Date: in 12 pts Education and Culture Priorities Horizontal priorities of the Strategic Partnerships Developing basic and transversal skills; Developing new approaches to strengthen the education and training paths of prospective and practicing educators/youth workers; Enhancing digital integration in learning, teaching, training and youth work at various levels; Contributing to the development of a European Area of Skills and Qualifications; Supporting innovative projects aimed toreduce disparities in learning outcomes affecting learners from disadvantaged backgrounds/with fewer opportunities.

Important features:  Relevance (issues, solutions, target groups, activities, budget)  Evidence-based analysis (solid needs analysis, drawing on existing knowledge, know-how & practice)  Innovation (new methodology, curricula, approach)  Impact (objectives, solutions, outputs)  Rigorous planning (what activities, when, for how long, and with what resources)  Diversity (the participating organisations are of different profiles)

6 Date: in 12 pts Education and Culture ACTIVITIES A large flexibility Develop, test, adapt & implement innovative practices, such as:  diversify the offer: curricula and study programmes based on the needs of the business  project-based transnational cooperation between education and business to study real-life cases  exploit the potential of Open Educational Resources: collaborative and personalised learning, blended learning  integrate various study modules (distance, part-time, modular learning)

7 Date: in 12 pts Education and Culture  Composition: Generally, minimum 3 organisations from 3 programme countries + partner countries if added value  Duration: E&T – between 2 and 3 years Youth – between 6 months and 3 years  Budget: Up to 150.000€ per year Up to 450.000€ for 3 years  Management: Decentralised to National Agencies Composition
