2. HOW TO INSERT A SHAPE  Find the task bar click on insert.  Click on shapes.  Find the shape you want and click on it.  A cross should appear.  Move the cross on the slide to where you want the shape.  Click mouse button and hold down. Move mouse to adjust size of shape.  Release mouse.  Shape should be set.

3. HOW TO FORMAT SHAPE COLOR  Click on shape.  On the task bar click on format.  To change color of shape click on shape fill and then choose your color by clicking on the color you want.  To change the color of the outline of the shape choose shape outline and choose color by clicking on the color you want.  If you want 3D effects on your shape click on shape effects and choose your effect by clicking what you want.

4. HOW TO INSERT CLIP ART Click insert on the task bar. Click on clip art. To the far right in the box under search for type in what clip art you want. Pictures will appear. Click on the picture you want. Picture will appear in slide.

5. HOW TO INSERT PICTURE  Click on insert located on the task bar.  Click on picture.  Pictures you have saved on your computer will appear.  Find the picture you want by clicking on the down arrow scroll down to find your picture.  Click on the picture you want.  Click on the insert button.  Picture will appear on the slide.

6. HOW TO FORMAT CLIP ART/PICTURE Changing Size o Select clipart. o Put cursor on corner circle so arrows are pointing in opposite directions. o Hold down button on mouse and move mouse to size you want pictures. Changing Color o Click on format on the task bar. o Select the down arrow next to color located on the top left. o Select color.

7. HOW TO FORMAT CLIP ART/PICTURE Changing shape o Select picture. o Click format on the tab key. o Locate top middle of the page (landscaping pictures) o Click on the picture you want. (can use down arrow located to the right of the picture to find more.

8.  Click on file tab key.  Scroll down till you find print.  Click on print.  Under setting find full page slides.  Click on down arrow.  Click on selection you want.  Click on the print tab key.  Slides will print
