3 Deadlines  The deadline to submit a permit application is 21 days prior to the event. All documentation including liability insurance, map, detour plan, etc. and payment must be submitted with application form  “You may delay but time will not” -Benjamin Franklin

6 $1,000,000 for injury or death of one person $2,000,000 General Aggregate $1,000,000 Property Damage IMPORTANT NOTE: Salt Lake County must be listed as additional insured The following events are exempt from payment: ­ Political Events ­ Parades-less than one mile ­ School events- on, or directly adjacent to, school property ­ Events sponsored by County ­ Block parties Liability Insurance
