6 HR Update  Epigeum University Leadership & Management online course - launched September 2012- Specifically targeted at senior management of higher education institutions HOWEVER it is not being used! To address this, HR Business Managers to launch bite sized two hour sessions based on the content. Some elements - purely practical e.g. how to align objectives & resources, how to maintain records. Others - more ambiguous & tackle issues of judgement as well as competence e.g. dealing with difficult situations, conflicting priorities. Opportunity to share experiences, discuss local challenges and the online resource is available to compliment the sessions. Launch session – during first academic term.
