2 Today’s topic~ Achieving & Maintaining a Healthy Body Weight -Why have the rates of obesity and its associated chronic diseases skyrocketed in the past 10 years and what can be done to promote weight management across the life span? -Be prepared to discuss methods to manage weight and reduce the risk of chronic diseases through management of diet and lifestyle in childhood, adolescence, and in the later years.

7 Eating out… Did you ever stop to think about just what you are eating?
