Essentially, marketing is about a deep psychological understanding of the potential customer, their needs and how it fits with your company vision. PR is the medium to disseminate the message. Ultimately, marketing should create INFLUENCE: the ability to call people in, make them want to be a part and participate willingly in what you offer.
