2. Yulia Lipnitskаyа is a Russian figure skater.

3. Lipnitskаyа was born June 5, 1998 in Yekaterinburg.

4. In 2009 Lipnitskаyа became the fifth in the championship of Russia among juniors.

5. Next season she was the fourth on the senior championship of Russia.

6. In 2011 Lipnitskаyа debuted at the international competitions. She was the winner of the Junior Grand Prix in Poland, Italy and Canada.

7. In 2012 Yulia won a silver medal at the championship of Russia and became the world Junior Champion

8. In 2012 Lipnitskаyа was the winner of adult Grand Prix in China and in France. At the Junior world championship in Milan she won the silver medal.

9. In October 2013 Yulia won the Canadian Grand Prix on figure skating.

10. In December 2013 Lipnitskaya won a silver medal at the Grand Prix Final and was the winner of the Russian championship.

11. On the 9 th February, 2014 Lipnitskaya became the youngest champion of the winter Olympic games, winning gold medal in the team skaters competition.
