2 At the Olympic games in Sochi our sportsmen have shown good results. 13 gold, 11 silver and 9 bronze medals. I would like to tell about athletes who brought our country gold.

3 VIKTOR AN Viktor An - Russian short-trekant, up to December 2011, representing the Republic of Korea. Honored master of sports of Russia. Six- time Olympic champion, six-time champion of the world, 20-times champion of the world. Eight-time world Cup winner. Former world record holder in the range of 1000, 1500 and 3000 meters. Multiple champion of Europe, Russia and the Republic of Korea. Champion of the Olympic games by the number of gold medals in short track (6), and the only man who won three gold medals winter Games in the Russian team. The most titled short-trekant in history.

4 ALEXEY VOEVODA Alexei is a Russian bobsledder, double Olympic champion at the Games in Sochi in twos and fours, silver medalist of the Olympic games 2006 in fours, bronze medalist of the Olympic games 2010 in twos, world champion 2011 in twos. Alexey Voevoda before joining bobsledding is a three-time world champion and three-time world Cup winner among professionals armwrestling.

5 TATIANA VOLOSOZHAR Tatiana Volosozhar- Russia, and earlier the Ukrainian figure skater serving in pair skating. Honored master of sports and master of sports of international class in Ukraine. 8 VIC WILD Vic Wild - Russian snowboarder American origin. Honored master of sports of Russia. Two-time Olympic champion 2014 (the only snowboarder, who won two gold medals at one Games), bronze medallist of the world championship 2013, champion of Russia 2013 in the parallel giant slalom. Silver medalist of championship of the USA, winner and prize winner of rounds of the North American Cup. Winner of the world Cup.

9 VLADIMIR GRIGORIEV Vladimir Grigoriev - Russian short-trekant. Olympic champion 2014 in the relay, Vice-champion of the Olympic games 2014 at a distance of 1000 m, the Double champion of Europe in relay race (2013, 2014), bronze winner of European championship in multiathlon (2013). Former world record holder, 500 metres - 40,344 sec. (2012). Honored master of sports of Russia (2013).

10 FEDOR KLIMOV Fedor Klimov - Russian figure skater, acting in pair skating. Paired with Ksenia Pole Olympic Champions in team championship and silver medalists in personal competitions, silver medallists of the world championship of 2014, bronze medalists of European championship 2012 and silver medalists of European championship 2014, Champions of Russia in 2014, silver medalists of the championship of Russia in 2012; twice champion of Russia among juniors, silver medalists of the championship 2011 world among juniors; the winners of the stages of the Junior Grand Prix, Champions winter Universiade in Honored master of sports of Russia.

11 ALEXANDR LEGKOV Alexandr Legkov - Russian skier. 15 EKATERINA BOBROVA Ekaterina Bobrova - Russian skater serving ice dancing with Dmitry Solovyov. They are Olympic Champions 2014 in the team competition, the Champions of Europe (2013), two-time silver medalist of European championship 2011 and 2012, four-time Champions of Russia; champion of the world among juniors, Honored master of sports of Russia.

16 ALEXEY VOLKOV Alexey Volkov - Russian biathlete, honored master of sports. Olympic champion 2014 in the relay, four-time European champion, six-time champion of Russia.

17 YULIA LIPNITSKAYA Yulia Lipnitskaya- Russian skater serving women singles. Olympic champion 2014 in team competitions, champion of Europe Silver medallist of the world championship World champion among juniors 2012 and Vice-champion of Silver medal winner of the final of Grand Prix of the season 2013/2014. Silver medallist of the Russian championship 2012, 2014, champion of Russia among juniors 2012, the winner of the final of Grand Prix among juniors of the 2011/2012 season. Honored master of sports Rossiiyu one of the youngest Olympic Champions in the history of figure skating.

18 EVGENI PLUSHENKO Evgeni Plushenko - the Russian figure skater who competed in the men's figure skating. Honored master of sports of Russia. Two-time Olympic champion (2006 skating, 2014 (team competitions), two-time silver medalist of the Olympic games in 2002 and 2010), three-time world champion (2001, 2003, 2004), seven-time European champion(2000, 2001, 2003, 2005, 2006, 2010, 2012), four- time winner of the finals of world series Grand Prix of figure skating (1999/2000, 2000/2001, 2002/2003, 2004/2005) and the tenfold champion of Russia.

19 ADELINA SOTNIKOVA Adelina Sotnikova - Russian skater serving women singles. The first in Soviet and Russian history, the Olympic champion (2014) in women's figure skating in the individual standings. Two-time silver medalist of the European championship (2013 and 2014), the world champion among juniors 2011, four-time champion of Russia (2009, 2011, 2012 and 2014), silver medallist of the first youth Olympic games. 21 The goal of the Olympic games is a unity and friendship of different peoples. However, despite this, our athletes won this Olympics, bringing the pride and the glory and honor of their Motherland.
