Highlights from HW#2 Boger: critical analysis of maps by using them as basis for debate Robinson: step-by-step for part I; students figure it out in part II. A. Schmidt: students read a paper, do workflow, replicate analyses, compare results Dodge: journaling about landform change

Highlights from HW #2 Montgomery: simple to complex analyses using one local problem Lowery: assess learning by having students reflect on work in short write-up and/or concept sketch Miller: present another student’s project based solely on the map Goeke: use ArcMap as a time- saving tool in other analyses (e.g., topo profiles – also in Google E)
