3 3 Your username does not have MAIL in it. Your current password is changeme

4 4 Select Change Password Training Proposal College Course Approval

5 5 Enter changeme in the top box. Enter your new password twice Click on SUBMIT

6 6 Under the Fill-In Forms section, select In-State Conference Conference Request Form In state forms are only used for out of district workshops. They must be submitted at least 10 days before the Board of Ed. meeting at which they will be approved. Training Proposal

7 7 You must add a title. Select PARTICIPANT Create a description. The date must NOT have any / or letters There will only be 1 meeting

8 8 Click on the calendar to select the date of the conference. Select the start and end times. Type meeting location. Substitute required? Even though you don’t need a sub, you still need to enter the start/end times again.

9 9 Location should come up as Rosa Parks School. Use the drop down box to select that Orange School District is providing the training. Type in your educational justification. Future PDs should be educationally justifiable AND include how the training will be turn keyed.

10 10 Fill out the costs If applicable, include the account code. Anything in PINK has to be filled in.

11 11 Choose an objective such as: Enhancing Instruction and Integration of Technology. Select 100 Hours PD as your purpose. SUBMIT

14 14 You will see a list of your conference requests. To find out the status of the request, click on the title of the conference. Training Proposal College Course Approval

15 15 You will see the status of your conference request. It is your responsibility to check on the status. You will only receive notice of approval via your account. Training Proposal College Course Approval

16 16 Request is in the system but not approved yet. Request is approved waiting for attendance of event and turn key. When you see your workshop click on it and give more details. Waiting for final approval. Training Proposal College Course Approval

17 17 Account Options – My User Profile Email reminders. Change to Yes. Select your school as your building. Scroll down and choose your department, grade level and Save.

18 18 To see your requested workshops with hours go to My Portfolio. You can search in a variety of ways.

19 19 Application for Course Approval can be found under Fill-In Forms: Choose College Course Approval If you fill out the form incorrectly the program will tell you what you need to fix. You ONLY have to fill in the pink sections. College Course Approval Training Proposal

20 20 District Calendar- View workshops by month. Choose your workshop and Enroll.

21 21 District Calendar- Click on the Workshop to see more detailed information.

22 22 Are you providing training for others? Note: In-State Conference forms are only used for out of district workshops. 23 23 Use this form if you are instructing a workshop, conference, meeting…. Add your name. Fill in all the pink sections. All forms must be approved before they get added to the district calendar.
