Any review, use, distribution or disclosure is prohibited without authorization. 2 BYOSD PROGRAM The Bring Your Own Sprint Device (BYOSD) program allows a customer to bring a previously owned Sprint handset, tablet or hotspot to a MVNO for activation How it works: MVNO end user brings a certified Sprint branded device to MVNO for activation (Sprint, Boost, Virgin Mobile) Device can be inactive or active, and from current or prior Sprint retail activations If device meets all POC Swap criteria, including new Financial Eligibility Date (FED) pursuant to the Brand, the device is eligible for activation Device Eligibility CriteriaEligibleNot Eligible Device is already PLBL (FED is met)X Device is SPCS and FED is metX Device is SPCS and FED is not metX Invalid Device (ESN not in database)X Lost /Stolen DeviceX Device on BlacklistX Device flag for Fraud activityX

FED is set to eligible based on specific criteria. FED CriteriaPostpaid Device EligiblePrepaid Device Eligible Active or Inactive device, service agreement, Installment billing or Lease agreement fulfilled and account is in good standing FED Eligible NA All Inactive devices 15 months from System Creation Date * FED Eligible Prepaid device has been active on the associated account for at least 12 months with the account active at that time NA FED Eligible Active devices 30 months from System Creation Date * FED Eligible Active device under service agreement, but no monies owedNOT Eligible NA Active device service agreement is fulfilled, but past due account Not-Eligible Customer needs to settle past due account NA Active device is on month 10 of 24 month Installment billing agreement Not Eligible Customer will need to prepay remaining installment billing and be current on account NA Active device is on month 23 of a 24 month lease agreement, but no past due account Not Eligible Leased device is returned to Sprint or Customer must arrange for end of lease purchase NA * System Creation Date is the date the device was added to the Sprint systems, which is an average of 3 months prior to first activation date
